Aid to Flood and Cholera Outbreak Victims
On the 30th of April, 2016 some parts of Zanzibar islands were hit by flood and made some people homeless. These people were taken to premises of Mwanakwerekwe a�?Ca�? school as a temporary shelter with nil in terms of their daily survival needs like food, and so forth. Meanwhile, the flood brought in with it cholera that stirred the situation to the worst.
On the 2ndday of May 2015, MICO received fund from Global Support (UK) and distributed things like food and cholera drugs to the victims that cost 9,000,000/= (Nine Million Tanzanian Shillings).
